WINSTON SALEM – Kay Flinchum Boner, 78, passed away on Thursday, December 16, 2021 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. Kay was born on January 4, 1943 in Forsyth County to the late Jake and Faith Tucker Flinchum. She retired from Texwipe Corporation and was member at Union Cross Moravian Church. Kay loved bowling and spending time with her family and friends.

Surviving are her daughter, Kathy Underwood; son, Randy Boner (Kelly); seven grandchildren, Haley, Ashley, Brittany, Austin, Steven, Wayne and Erica; three great grandchildren, Camryn, Eloise, and Reagan; and two sister, Penny Jessup and Judy Hunt.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 20, 2021 at Union Cross Moravian Church Graveyard. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m. Sunday, December 19, at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.
