Katie Belle Royall

Katie Belle Royall, 93, of Winston-Salem passed away Wednesday, June 3, 2009 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born August 2, 1915 in Yadkin County to Henry Wilson and Pearl Mahaffey Royall. Surviving are two sisters, Evelyn Wilson and Betty Tilley; a brother, Clarence Royall; a special niece and nephew, Kay Williams and Jim Royall, Jr. and her favorite niecw, Faye Lail and a number of other nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Rev. Richard Wallace and Rev. Charles Whitaker officiating. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Friday at the funeral ghome.
