Kathy Tullock

Ms. Kathy Ann Hutchins Tullock, 63, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022 at her residence. Kathy was born in Forsyth County to Dan Henry Hutchins, Jr., and Mary Fansler Parrish on October 7, 1958. She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. Kathy was a hard worker and worked in the medical field. Kathy enjoyed being with her family, going to the beach and traveling around to different places. Along with her father she is preceded in death by her sisters, Brenda Hutchins and Donna Sparks; brother Danny Lee Hutchins. She is survived by her spouse, Carl Barauskas; children, Daniel Haulsey and Michael Haulsey; four grandchildren; mother, Mary Parrish; brother, Gary Eugene Hutchins (Deborah); sister, Sharon Franklin; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 12:00 PM Thursday, May 5, 2022 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Ottis Hurst officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
