WINSTON-SALEM-Ms. Kathy Genise Cline Everhart, 55, of Winston-Salem, passed away on Monday, November 17, 2014 at her residence. Ms. Everhart was born on August 10, 1959 in Forsyth County to the late Edward E. Cline, Sr. and Lois Nicks Hester. In addition to her parents, Ms. Everhart was preceded in death by her brother, Michael Eugene Cline and her aunt, Ashlyn Fortson Hammett. She is survived by her significant other, Tom Jenkins of the home; one son, Frankie G. Everhart, III of High Rock Lake; one sister, Phyllis C. Hill-Tuck and husband, James of Lexington, NC; one brother, Eddie Cline of Winston-Salem; her former husband, Frankie G. Everhart, Jr. of Winston-Salem; mother-in-law, Grace Everhart of Winston-Salem; two nieces, Angela McPherson and husband, Shane and their son, Colby McPherson and April Davis and husband, Clay and their children, Ashlyn Davis, Dylan Davis and Jessica Davis. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, November 21, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Danny Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Thursday, November 20, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Online condolences may be made at www.hayworth-miller.com.
