Kathy Dutton

Mrs. Kathy Jean Nelson Dutton, 59, passed away Monday, May 24, 2021 at her home surrounded by her loved ones.  She was born January 23, 1962 in San Gabriel, CA to Mr. Charles “Bud” Nelson and Mrs. Jean Woodward Nelson.  Kathy loved her job. She was a Teachers Aide and loved working with children who in turn loved her.  Also, one of her greatest joys in life was being surrounded by her animals.  In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving husband of 35 years, Brad Clark Dutton; three daughters, Sarah Marie Deane (Adam), Lindsey Nicole Dutton, and Melissa Lynn Dutton (Josh); two grandsons, Max and Bodie; brother, Jimmy Nelson (Cindy); sister, Cheryl Nelson; and fur baby, Bambi aka Sugey Bear.  A memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Friday, June 4th at Pinedale Christian Church with Pastor Matt Sink officiating.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Glioblastoma Research Organization, https://gbmresearch.org/ .
