Karla Wiley

Mrs. Karla Maxine Ellcessor Wiley, age 57, passed away November 9, 2021, at Wake Forest Medical Center. She was born June 29, 1964, in New York to Karl Ellcessor and Dolores Medina Ellcessor. She was a longtime resident of Pfafftown for 30 plus years. She worked for Forsyth County School System teaching at Old Richmond Elementary specializing in mentoring Special Needs Students. Karla was a loving wife and mother to her children. She is preceded in death by her father, Karl Ellcessor and her loving husband, James “Jim” Michael Wiley. She is survived by her two sons, Matthew Wiley, Stephen Wiley, and wife Katherine; mother, Dolores Medina Ellcessor; siblings, Karl Ellcessor and wife Barb, Mark Ellcessor, Patricia Schaub and husband Doug, Susan Stauffer, and Cynthia Driscoll and husband Tom. A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM Saturday, November 13, 2021, at Hayworth-Miller Rural Hall Chapel with Rev. Richard Watts officiating. Interment will follow the service at Pfafftown Christian Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening, November 12, 2021, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
