Karl Dewayne Edwards

Mr. Karl Dewayne Edwards, 58, of Winston-Salem passed away Monday, March 23, 2009 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. He was born February 13, 1951 in Forsyth County to William Wilson and Dorothy Elledge Edwards. Mr. Edwards was of the Baptist faith. He loved working with wood, especially making shelves. He also enjoyed bowling. He was preceded in death by his parents; and two brothers, Robert and Jerry Edwards. Surviving are one sister, Barbara Wilmoth of Winston-Salem; and two brothers, Willaim Edwards of Virginia and Earnest Russell Edwards of Columbia, SC. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. Thursday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
