CARDWELL - RURAL HALL
Mr. Justin Timothy Cardwell passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, March 12, 2014. He was born January 17, 1989 in Forsyth County the son of Kim Lorraine Haigwood and the late Robert Timothy Cardwell. Justin graduated from North Forsyth High School in 2007 and received his Associate's Degree from Forsyth Technical Community College in 2009. He worked at Food Lion in Rural Hall for the past seven years. Justin enjoyed life, loved the outdoors, the mountains, the beach, and boating with his friend Steve Austin. He was a very caring and loveable young man who loved his family, friends and co-workers.
In addition to his father, Justin was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother: Carolyn Rosine Haigwood; paternal grandparents: John Henry Cardwell Sr. and Norma Jean Cardwell; and an uncle: Larry Ray Haigwood. Justin is survived by his mother: Kim Lorraine Haigwood; brother and best-friend: Jordan Keith Cardwell; maternal grandfather: Earnest Haigwood; soul-mate: Rebecca Michelle Dobbins; aunts: Judy Cardwell, Rhonda C. Self, and Ginger Cox; uncles: Anthony Keith ""Tony"" Haigwood, Johnny Cardwell Jr., Steve Cardwell, and Donny Cardwell; best-friends: Foster and Richard Mize; special friends: Frank Mize Jr. and Laura Rowland; special cousins: Lindsey Haigwood and Carolyn Sue Haigwood; numerous cousins and extended family members; and his family at Food Lion.
A memorial service will be conducted 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 16 at Red Bank Missionary Baptist Church with Pastor Gary Sanders officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
