June Thomas Swaim

Browns Summit - June Thomas Swaim, 62, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, July 19, 2011. She was born January 11, 1949 in Forsyth Co. to the late Warren H. Thomas and Blanche D. Fulp. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, and one brother. Surviving are her husband, Michael Ray Swaim, Sr.; three sons, Michael Ray Swaim, Jr. and wife, Tonya of Browns Summit, James Matthew Swaim and wife, Stephanie of Winston Salem, Daniel Houston Swaim and wife, Holly of Kernersville; two brothers, William James Thomas and Emory Jasper Fulp; one sister, Tangee Fulp Stevens; eight grandchildren, Cameron, Logan, Lane, Tristan, Chloe, Isabella Marie, Cheyenne Marie, and Brook. A Memorial Service will be conducted at 10:30 am Saturday, July 23, 2011 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Pastor Ted Burke officiating. Family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be directed to a charity of donor's choice.
