June Elizabeth Fulton

Kernersville - Mrs. June Elizabeth Fulton, 93, died Thursday, May 12, 2016. June was born in 1922 in Forsyth County to Cornelia Matthews Vance and Roscoe Ernest Vance. She was a loving mother and grandmother and was a member of Bunker Hill Primitive Baptist Church. She owned and operated June's Hair Styling on Church Lane in Kernersville for over 40 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husbands, Granville Fred Baldwin and Joel Franklin Fulton; four siblings, Dewitt Vance, Gilmer Vance, Edith V. Lemmons, and Opal V. Hendrix; and a grandson, Michael Scott Baldwin.

Surviving are her son, Michael Baldwin (wife, Freddie); a grand daughter, Deanna Baldwin; a step-daughter, Jo Anna Fulton; two great grandchildren, Blake and Brooke; and six nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel with Pastor John Wingfield officiating. Burial will follow at Bunker Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3:00 - 3:45 pm prior to the service at the funeral home.
