KERNERSVILLE - Julia Cheryl Clark, 48, passed away Sunday, October 28, 2012. She was born November 11, 1963 in Forsyth Co. to the late Patsy Hubbard Walker In addition to her mother she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Woodrow and Mattie Hubbard; and a cousin, Dale Hubbard. Surviving are her daughter, Tessa Clark; a son, Jason Chamelin; grandson, Tyler Clark; expected great-grandson, Jayden Tyler Clark; sister, Kim Clark; aunt, Betty Jo Parrish; uncle, Don Hubbard; special cousins, Robin Clark, Sonja Gardner, Tim Hubbard, Barry and Lynn Parrish; and her beloved dogs, Little Girl and Baby.
