Mrs. Juanita Chrysikos Reich, 81, passed away Monday, June 29, 2009 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. She was born in Forsyth County on December 30, 1927 to the late Thomas Daniel Chrysikos and Leslie Jane Sessler Chrysikos. She was a member of Becks Baptist Church where she had been a worker in the Toddler Ministry for 40 years and was a member of the WMU. Juanita loved to fish as long as her health permitted. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Pauline Lewey and two brothers, K.K. Grubbs and Tim Chrysikos. Mrs. Reich is survived by her husband of 63 years, Harold Reich of the home, a daughter, Brenda Gray and husband Mike, three sons, Terry Reich and wife Valerie, David Reich and wife Elaine and Tim Reich and wife Sherry, nine grandchildren, Rhonda Brooks (Todd), Angela Carraway (Andrew), Casey Reich (Adrienne), Amanda Reich, Samuel Reich, Christopher Reich, Laura Ann Reich, Chandler Reich and Gabriel Reich, two great-grandchildren, Hayden Brooks and Amni Carraway. A graveside service will be conducted 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at Crestview Memorial Park with Dr. Carl Minor and Dr. Ray Hamilton officiating. The family will receive friends at 11:00 a.m. following the service at Becks Baptist Church in Winston-Salem. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103 or Alzheimer's Association, 3800 Shamrock Dr., #10 Branscomb Building, Charlotte, NC 28215-3220.
