Joshua Ricky Warren

Joshua Ricky Warren, 35, passed away on Wednesday, March 1, 2017 at Forsyth Medical Center.

He was born on October 11, 1981 to John Ricky Warren and Crystal Allen Milder in Forsyth County.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ricky Warren; his paternal grandfather, John Warren; and his maternal grandparents, John and Alice Allen.

Survivors include his mother, Crystal Milder; brother, David Warren; grandmother, Katherine Warren; several cousins; and nieces.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 11 am at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Erick Goff officiating.
