Preceeded in death by husband, Jack C Burleson, son, Henry Maurice Wright and daughter Carolyn B Peak

Survived by a daughter Marilyn B Sparnicht (Justin) of Winston Salem and a brother Manley Kindley (Shirley) of Kernersville.

She attended the Waughtown St Elementary and High School

Grandchildren Daniel H Everhart (Ana) of Dobson, Jeffrey S Everhart (Kristina)of Walkertown, Stephen L Everhart of Winston Salem, Victoria M Sparnicht of Winston Salem, Debbie G Everhart of Winston Salem, Angie P Nestor of Advance, Johnathan Peak of Dobson, Scotty Wright of Lewisville, Tonya Webb of Salisbury, Michelle Wright of Winston Salem, Pam Brinkley of Lexington, Tim Smith of Lexington and Todd Wright of Mt. Ulla.

Many great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren

Her best friend was Pauline Roberts of Winston Salem. They were inseparable until her health declined and claimed each other as sisters

Passion was cooking and baking

Won many ribbons from the Dixie Classic Fair, Tanglewood RubberDuck Regatta and other shows

She attended Salem Baptist Church when she was able

Her family will always remember how spunky, spry and full of life she was all the way into her early ninetys
Always ready for a road trip even if it was just to the grocery store. She never met a stranger and would always try to engage
a new acquaintance in conversation and made you feel like you really mattered.

She was an accomplished pianoist after only having a few lessons in her childhood. Her piano was among one of her cherished possessions.

Services include visitation 6pm to 8pm Friday night May 13, 2016 and funeral services at 10am on Saturday May 14, at Hayworth Miller

In liew of flowers, donations to be made to Kate B Reynolds Hospice of Winston Salem
