Joseph Winters

Mr. Joseph Lee Winters, 50, of Yanceyville passed away Monday, November 16, 2020 at Sovah Health in Danville, VA. Joseph was born in Forsyth County to James Winters and Lura Creasman Winters on May 7, 1970. He enjoyed fishing and going to the beach and mountains. Joseph always liked to look good and wear nice clothes. He is preceded in death by his mother, Lura Ann Creasman Winters; sister, Elizbeth Ann Winters and uncle Steve Winters. He is survived by his father, James Gary Winters; brother, James Garfield Winters (Lynn); uncle, Mike Moore; aunt, Ann Moore and several nieces, nephews, and friends. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at Parklawn Memorial Gardens, with Pastor Bobby Smith officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Heart Association, P.O. Box 840692, Dallas Texas 75284-0692.
