Joseph Patrick Morgan

KERNERSVILLE - Joseph Patrick Morgan, 76, died Monday, February 28, 2011 at his home. He was born March 17, 1934 in McDowell Co., WV to the late Walter Lewis and Ona Jackson Morgan. Mr. Morgan was a member of Sedge Garden United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Sparks Morgan; five sisters; and four brothers. Surviving are his daughter, Patricia ZoeAnn Morgan of Kernersville; two sons, Patrick Peavley of Warrenton VA, Jon Peavley of Jeffersonton, WV; and three grandchildren. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, March 3, 2011 at Sedge Garden United Methodist Church with Rev. Patricia Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receiv friends following the service.
