Joseph Ronald “Ron” Miller

Mr. Joseph Ronald ""Ron"" Miller passed away Tuesday, November 1, 2011 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born December 19, 1946 in Ashe County to Carolyn B. Miller and the late Rodney O. Miller. Mr. Miller graduated from North Forsyth High School in 1965 and from Forsyth Technical Community College in 1968. He was employed by Triad Business Forms in Kernersville for nearly 30 years. In addition to his father, Mr. Miller was preceded in death by a daughter, Kristi Lee Miller. Surviving are his mother; sister, Lynn Miller; nephews, Robert ""Rusty"" Russell and Michael Russell (Magan); great-nephew, Ethan Russell; and other extended family. A graveside service will be conducted 3 p.m. Thursday, November 3 at Forsyth Memorial Park with Pastor Bob McCaskill officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at his sister's home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Crisis Control Ministry, 200 East Tenth Street, Winston-Salem, NC 27101.
