Joseph Dean Holt

Mr. Joseph Dean Holt, 40, of Lewisville died Thursday, February 12, 2009 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born August 21, 1968 in Winston-Salem. Mr. Holt was a member of Southfork Baptist Church. Survivors include his mother, Vickie Holt of the home; his grandmother, Nancy Whitlock of the home; his aunt, Linda McGrade of Kernersville; four uncles, Donald Whitlock, Jerry Whitlock, Terry Whitlock and Kenneth Whitlock all of Winston-Salem; The funeral service will be 3:00 PM Sunday at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel. Burial will follow in Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Kate B.
