Jones Voit Tuttle

Mr. Jones ""Voit"" Tuttle, age 72 of Rural Hall passed away Friday evening May 24, 2013 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem. Voit was born December 25, 1940 in Stokes County to Raymond Jones and Evelyn Charlotte Hicks Tuttle. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Stanleyville and retired from R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Company after 37 years of service. Voit loved spending time at Ocean Lakes Camp Ground in Myrtle Beach with his special friends and all who knew and loved him. Mr. Tuttle is survived by his daughter, Sherri (Dwayne) Nelson of Westfield. One sister, Amber (Bob) Smith of Clemmons and a special friend, Phyllis Hamby of Rural Hall and his extended family. He also loved his cat Maxx. A memorial service for Mr. Tuttle will be held Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at 2:00 P.M. at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home Chapel in Rural Hall by Rev. Eddie Honeycutt. Inurnment will follow at Rural Hall Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Hayworth-Miller from 12:30 pm until time of the memorial service. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
