Johnsie Pegram Moser

Mrs. Johnsie Pegram Moser, 90, of Lewisville, died Tuesday, February 28, 2012 at Regency Care of Clemmons. She was born January 6, 1922 in Forsyth County, the daughter of the late John William and Bessie Transou Pegram. Mrs. Moser was a member of Warner's Chapel Church of Christ where she provided fresh flowers for many years. She was well known for her sugar cake. She was also known for her kindness and compassion for others and her love of God and family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Jewel Moser; two sons, Michael Moser and David Moser; two brothers and four sisters. Survivors include one daughter, Gale Queen and husband, David of Clemmons; one son, Wayne Moser and wife, Carolyn of Lewisville; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; one brother, Leo Pegram and wife, Marie of Lewisville; one sister, Wanda Redding and husband, Arthur of Lewisville; and numerous nieces and nephews. The funeral service will be conducted Thursday at 11:00 AM at Warners Chapel Church of Christ with Todd Hinson and Frank Shepherd officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends following the service. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Warners Chapel Church of Christ, 8999 Lasater Road, Clemmons, NC 27012.
