Johnny Sterling Rayson

Johnny Sterling Rayson, 51, passed away Friday, October 10, 2008 at Lexington Memorial Hospital. He was born Sept. 18, 1957 in Forsyth County to Luther Rayson, Sr and Francis Parks Rayson James. He was perceded in death by his father, and brother Dale Duggins. Surviving are his children Johnny Rayson, Jr, Dustin Rayson, Stacie Rayson, and David Dotson; his mother and step-father Roger James. He had 4 grandchildren. Also his brothers and sisters Billy Duggins, Laura Shankle, Linda Cooper, Luther Rayson Jr, Sonya Haynes, Maxie Callahan, and Jamie James,. The funeral service will be held 1 p.m. Monday at Parklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 5 p.m. til 7 p.m. at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
