Johnny Darrell Clark

Winston-Salem - Johnny Darrell Clark, 66, died Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at Wake Forest Baptist Health. Johnny was born November 23, 1950 in Forsyth County to Monroe Calloway and Mary Alice McDaniel Clark. He retired from the US Army after 25 years of service.

In addition to his parents, Johnny was preceded in death by one sister, Linda Summerlin; one granddaughter, Kayla Roethler; and one brother, Sidney Clark.

Surviving are two sons, Brian John Clark (Jessica) of Winston-Salem and Eric Michael Clark of Colorado Springs, CO; one daughter, Tina Michelle Clark-Heater (Jerry) of Cresco, Iowa; four brothers; eight grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 6, 2017 at Salisbury National Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.
