John Edward Weidner

Mr. John E. Weidner, 48, of Clemmons, formerly of Macon, GA and Clarksville, IN died Saturday, April 18, 2009. John was born in Jeffersonville, IN on May 23, 1960 to George Raymond, Sr. and Mary Ann Hunter Weidner. He was a 1978 graduate of Clarksville High School in Clarksville, IN and worked as an electrician with Angler Electric and Service Inc. in Winston-Salem, NC. Mr. Weidner is survived by his wife Glenna Weakley Weidner, a son Zachary Weidner, both of Clemmons; his parents; a brother George Weidner, Jr.; a sister Barbara Richmond all of Clarksville, IN and many nieces and nephews of Southern Indiana. A service to celebrate his life will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, April 24, 2009 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home. A memorial service will be conducted in Clarksville, IN at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice in memory of John.
