John Hugh Sells

Mr. John Hugh Sells, 74, of Winston-Salem died Monday, November 17, 2008 at his home. He was born December 17, 1933 in Forsyth County, the son of the late June and Una Durham Sells. Mr. Sells was of the Baptist faith and was retired from Crestwood Industries. In addition to his parents , he was preceded in death by a sister, Margie. Survivors include his wife, Louise Sells of the home; three sons, Johnny of Winston-Salem, Ronnie and wife Sheryle of Winston-Salem and Bill of Asheville; two grandchildren, Michael and Shara of TX; and one sister, Ruth Weldy and husband, Ed of Winston-Salem. The funeral service will be conducted Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Dr. Steven Corts officiating. Burial will follow in Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
