John Peter Dubiel

Mr. John Peter Dubiel, formerly of Westford, MA, passed away Monday, January 7, 2013 due to heart complications. He was born January 14, 1947 in Springfield, MA. to the late John and Katherine Subjek Dubiel. He is a graduate of Cathedral High School (Springfield), Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Renssalaer. Mr. Dubiel served in the US Army Signal Corp during the Vietnam War era and during his successful IT career had been employed with Boston Edison, Gartner and and most recently Tata Consultancy. John was a loving husband and father, and an over-the-moon proud grandfather. He would amuse us all with the passion and dedication to all things birds, cooking, gardening and golf. Surviving are his wife, Joyce Chiarelli Dubiel; daughter, Stephanie J. Vestal and husband Mitch of Winston-Salem; granddaughter, Gabriella Maria Vestal; a sister, Patricia A. Trela of Quincy, MA. and ten nieces and nephews. A memorial service will conducted at 3:00 PM Sunday, January 13, 2013 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel by Pastor Nathan Parrish.
