Mr. John David Binkley, 43, passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021.  He was born September 8, 1977 in Forsyth county to Ms. Linda Binkley Jones.  John was a hardworking man that had never met a stranger, would always give it his all and was considered by all a giver not a taker.  He was a true patriot, a 3 percenter, and valued God, Country, and Family above all else. John was an avid football fan and loved to root for the Florida Gators and Pittsburg Steelers.  John is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Clifton and Martha Binkley; two uncles, Johnny “Paw” Thomas and Stanley Binkley; and cousin, Chris Binkley.  In addition to his mother, he is survived by his fiancé, Kimberly Binkley; son, Thomas Binkley, Daughter, Elizabeth Miller; brother, Tim Jones; uncle, John F. Binkley; two cousins, Steve Binkley, and Bruce Thomas; feline companion, Superman; and canine companion, Tito.  A funeral service will be conducted 11:00 AM Monday, May 10th at Grapevine Baptist Church with Pastor Ronnie Comer officiating.  The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM prior to the service at the church.  Burial will follow in the Grapevine Baptist Church Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Wounded Warriors Project, P.O. Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 6667.
