John Franklin Cook, Jr

Mr John Franklin Cook, Jr., 77 of Winston-Salem, NC. passed away Wednesday, December 19, 2012 at Oak Forest Nursing Center. John was born July 2, 1935 in Forsyth County to the late John Frank Cook, Sr., and Essie Voss Cook. He was retired owner of Cook Moving Company and was a US Army Veteran. In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by a son; Stanley Frank Cook. Surviving to cherish his memory are five siblings; Bill Voss (Vivian), {Peggy Pappas (Milton), Patricia Wilkins (Bob). David Cook, Betty Wiles (Hersey) two grandchildren; Bonnie Cook, Justin Cook and a daughter-in-law; Cynthia Cook. A Memorial Service will be conducted 3:00 pm Sunday, December 30, 2012 at Central Terrace United Methodist Church officated by Pastor Dave Dimarco
