Jessie Winona Legain Myers

Mrs. Jessie Winona Legain Myers, 87, of Clemmons, died Wednesday, October 9, 2013 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born May 23, 1926 in Yadkin County, the daughters of the late, Simon Columbus and Dora Caudle Legain. She was preceded in death by her husband Rufus Wesley Myers. She is survived by her son, Bobby Myers of Winston-Salem; a special sister, Ruby Beenson and husband Lester of King; a special niece, Peggie Shelton; a nephew, Thomas Pardue and several special nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be conducted 2:30 pm Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Fraternity Church of the Brethren with Pastor David Kindy officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
