Germanton – Mr. Jerry Lee Warden, 62, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at his home. He was born on April 26, 1959 in Forsyth County to Jerry William “Buck” and Ester “Dook” Spainhour Warden. Jerry was a very hard worker and was the “go to” man to fix anything. He enjoyed working on his cars and loved Chevy Nova’s. Jerry also loved music, especially Bob Seger. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend who will be greatly missed by those who loved him.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Warden and Diane Warden Bottoms and his sister in law, Kim Warden. He is survived by his loving wife of 21 years, Wanda Warden; two children, Tim Whitaker and Tabitha Haley (husband, David); his brother, Troy Warden; two sisters, Kay Rominger (husband, Jimmy) and Wanda Hole; his grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as his nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.

A graveside service for Jerry will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Bible Revival Ministries. The family will receive friends from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm on Friday August 6, 2021 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.
