Jerry Anthony Shadrick

Mr. Jerry Anthony Shadrick, age 60 of Winston-Salem, died Friday August 8, 2014 at his home. He was born January 20, 1954 in Forsyth County to the late James and Mary Carter Shadrick. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He is survived by his wife, Peggy Crosby Shadrick of the home; two sons, Christopher Shadrick and wife Jenifer of Tobaccoville and John Shadrick of Winston-Salem; five grandchildren, Caleigh, Evan, Bralynne, Madison and Mason and one sister, Kathy Shadrick of Winston-Salem. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 13, 2014 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel by Rev. Jim Jarvis. Burial will follow in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with Military Honors provided by the VFW District 11 Memorial Honor Guard.
