Jeremy Cole Westmoreland

On Sunday, March 8th, 2020, the Lord called his angel, Jeremy Cole Westmoreland, to come home.

Jeremy arrived on November 4, 1981 into the loving arms of his mama, Rhonda Rene Davis Westmoreland and daddy James Calvin Westmoreland, and immediately taught them unconditional love. He quickly became the love of his grandmother, Helen Cockerham Davis' life, who would stop whatever she was doing to grab him up in her arms and spoil him endlessly. Grand Daddy, Arthur Waddell Davis's (Dell) eyes would light up when his grandbaby was there. He was sunshine & joy to Grandma Mary (MeeMaw).

Jeremy was greeted when he went home by his Dad, Calvin who he missed terribly, his grandma and granddaddy Helen & Dell and his grandfather JC and a few friends who had gone on before him.

Left waiting to be reunited are his son, Jaylen Cole Westmoreland (Jaylen's mom Tasha Westmoreland), Jeremy's mama, Rene Davis Brooks (her husband Rick Brooks), his love Deanna Shaw and children Bryson, RJ, Brian and Paetynn (his little girl he could never tell "no" and she will tell you she is his favorite),  grandmother Mary Marshall as well as Uncles, Aunts, "adopted" kids, cousins and close family members and those he kept as family.

Our family wishes to express our deep appreciation for the overwhelming amount of support and love we have been blessed with.

A funeral service will be held at 12:00 Noon on Saturday, March 14, 2020 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Jeff Dowell and Pastor Harry Neal officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service at Parklawn Memorial Park.
