Jeremy Wayne Sink

Mr. Jeremy Wayne Sink, 34, of Winston-Salem, passed away Saturday, April 22, 2017. He was born January 4, 1983 in Forsyth County. Jeremy was employed with Sink Towers and later with Piedmont Towers as a lineman working on cell phone towers. He was preceded in death by his mother, Sherrie E. Moore Sink; his grandmother, Shirley Sink; his great grandmother, Virgie Blevins and his fiancée, Amber Nicole Hawks. Surviving are his father, B. Wayne Sink; his two children, Madison Hawks and Casey Hawks and his grandmother, Shirley Snow and numerous cousins. A Celebration of Jeremy's Life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with Pastor Jeffrey Dowell of Our Fathers House Ministries officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home.
