Jeremy earned a bachelor's degrees from Appalachian State University and Winston-Salem State University, making many friends along the way. Jeremy was employed as a registered nurse at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem and Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro. His compassion and love for his patients was unmatched. Jeremy was an avid athlete, completing many triathlons, including the Iron Man in Lake Placid, N.Y. Jeremy was preceded in death by his father Jerry O'Neal, and both maternal and paternal grandparents. Jeremy leaves behind his cherished daughter Harris O'Neal, his mother Wanda O'Neal, his brother John O'Neal (Nikki), niece Katie O'Neal, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and co-workers who he deeply loved.
