Jeffrey Todd Saunders

Winston-Salem - Jeffrey Todd Saunders, 43, passed away Friday, November 19, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. He was born March 28, 1967 in Forsyth Co. to Ronald Eugene Saunders and Viola Eaton Batton. Jeffrey loved music and playing his drums. He enjoyed food especially carrot cake and his cookies. He also loved sports, spending his time outside in the yard, blowing leaves, fishing, and enjoyed time spent talking on the phone. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, James F.O. Eaton. Surviving are his children, Amanda and Justen Saunders; his mother, Viola Batton and husband, Bob; step-father, Ray Fletcher; grandma, Hazel Eaton; sister, Susan Keomanideth and husband, Khamphene; brother, Brian Fletcher and wife, Tammy; nieces, Stephanie, Kendra, Ashlei; nephew, Jacob; and many special aunts and uncles. A Funeral Service will be conducted at 2:00 pm Monday, November 22, 2010 at Kernersville Full Gospel Mission with Pastor Garland Glascoe officiating. Burial will follow in Gardens of Memory in Walkertown. The family will receive friends from 3-5:00 pm Sunday, November 21, 2010 at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Kernersville Full Gospel Mission, 815 Salisbury St., Kernersville, NC 27284.
