Mr. Jeffrey ""Jeff"" Adam Rutledge, age 29 of Tobaccoville passed away Sunday, February 14, 2010 at his home. He was born June 25, 1980 in Forsyth County. Jeff was a member of Maple Springs United Methodist Church. He was owner and operator of Rutledge Lawn and Landscaping. Jeff was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Herman and Ethel Clark. Jeff is survived by his wife of seven years, Jessica Rutledge (Granddaughter of the late Dr. Richard V. Surgnier and Robert and Jeanette Randell) two children, Tedy Adam and Reece Oliver Rutledge of the home; mother, Pamela Clark of Walkertown; father and step-mother; Lynn (Lynn) Rutledge of Winston-Salem; one sister, Shannon Chambers (Michael) of Concord; one brother, Jason Rutledge (Sarah) of Pfafftown; step-sister, Allison West (Kyle) of Kernersville; paternal grandparents, Jimmy and Ann Rutledge of Walkertown; and his nieces and nephews Kayla, Ray, Jasonna, Armani, William and Jaden Chambers all of Concord. A graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, February 18, 2010 at Crestview Memorial Park with the Dr. Terry Matthews Rev. Anne Elmore, and Shannon Chambers officiating. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, February 17 at Hayworth-Miller Funeral Home in Rural Hall.
