Mrs. Jeannette ""Frenchie"" Heck Helsabeck, 82, passed away August 4, 2015 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born May 21, 1933 in Perigueux, France to the late Adam Heck and Elia Lavergne Heck. She was of the Baptist faith and is now with her Heavenly Father. She retired from Western Electric. She will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who never met a stranger. She will be missed by her family and numerous friends. She was preceded in death by her husband and father of her children, Cleveland Henderson Haynes and by her second husband, Edwin Helsabeck and an infant brother. She is survived by her children, Linda Haynes Beeson and husband Boyce, Cathy Haynes Kilby and husband Clifton, Johnny Dean Haynes and wife Kim, Diane Haynes Cook and husband Thomas all of Winston-Salem and Susan Haynes Hege and husband Kevin of Elkin, NC; her grandchildren, Jason Beeson and wife Ginny, C.J. Kilby III, Calvin Kilby and wife Ashly, Jennifer Kilby, James Haynes, Michael Swartzel, Joshua Cook, Nikki Messick and husband Jesse, Dustin Hege, Amanda Burton and husband David, and her grandchildren with paws; great-grandchildren, Bristol Beeson, Gabe Hege, Addie and Ava Burton; two sisters, Janine and Betty. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm until 7:00pm on Friday, August 7, 2015 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with a funeral service immediately following. Interment will be at 2:00pm, Saturday, August 8, 2015 at Westlawn Gardens of Memory in Clemmons. The family would like to express their appreciation to the staff of the Palliative Care Unit of Forsyth Medical Center for their care and compassion.
