Jeanne Foster

KERNERSVILLE - Jeanne Foster, 66, passed away Friday, November 20, 2015 at her home. Jeanne was born on October 4, 1949 in Forsyth County to Richard Roscoe and Claire Long Foster. Jeanne was a graduate of RJ Reynolds High School and worked as a Pharmacy Technician for Forsyth County Department of Public Health.
In addition to her parents, Jeanne was preceded in death by her sister, Carol Lynn F. Vitz.
Surviving are her son, Jerry ""Jay"" W. Jones, Jr. (wife, Lori); two grandchildren, Joshua and Christa Jones; two brothers Thomas Foster (wife, Ellen) and Steven Foster (wife, Tiffanie); and many loving nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
