Jean Linda Horton Sapp

Jean Linda Horton Sapp, 76, of Winston-Salem died Thursday, May 21,2009 at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born August 7, 1932 in Forsyth County, the daughter of the late Mike and Ella (Boots) Horton. Mrs. Sapp was retired from Southern Tool. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Jo Weavil. She is survived by two daughters, Debbie Sapp Conrad and Lynn Sapp Eddinger; three grandsons, Michael Conrad, David Conrad and Matthew Eddinger; one brother, Jim Horton; one niece and three nephews. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
