Jean Lumley

Mrs. Jean Burchette Lumley, 89, of Winston-Salem passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2022 at Hinkle House Hospice Home. She was born in Forsyth County to the late Walter Burchette and Alma Walker Burchette on August 19, 1932. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Lumley. She is survived by her children, Linda Willette (Dave), Michael Lumley (Paula) and David Lumley (Debbie); grandchildren, James, Daniel, and Devin; brother, C.W. Burchette (Brenda) and many nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Monday, February 7, 2022, at Forsyth Memorial Park. In Lieu of flowers a memorial may be sent to the Alzheimer’s Association, 4600 Park Rd. STE 250, Charlotte, NC 28209.
