Mrs. Janice Sue Hendrix, 63, of Winston-Salem, passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2010 at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born August 24, 1946 to the late John Franklin and Ruth Holland Johnson. Janice was a member of Konnoak Hills United Methodist Church. She enjoyed gardening, flowers and being with her grandkids. Janice would do anything for anybody. Surviving are her husband of 46 years, Noah Hendrix, Jr., of the home; one daughter, Susan Matchett, and husband, Murray; two grandchildren, Austin and Chandler Matchett; one brother, Emory Johnson and wife, Pat. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 19 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel with the Rev. Randy Sherrill officiating. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7-9 p.m. Friday, June 18 at Hayworth-Miller Silas Creek Chapel.
