Janice Moore Bailey

WINSTON-SALEM - Mrs. Janice Moore Bailey, 65, passed away unexpectedly Sunday, August 15, 2010. She was born November 6, 1944 in Forsyth County to the late Eugene and Ilene Moore. She retired from Stokes County Child Nutrition after 27 years of service. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bailey was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Moore. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Larry Bailey of the home; two daughters, Kim Combs (Sandy) and Lori Jackson (Ben); one brother, Keith Moore (Pam); and five grandchildren, Sarah, Will, Grace, Luke and Maddie. A Memorial Service will be conducted 6 p.m. Wednesday, August 18 at Bethany Baptist Church, 600 Old Hollow Road, Winston-Salem, NC 27105 with Pastor Walker Armstrong and Pastor Don Harvey officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the Family Life Center. Donations in Janice's honor may be made to Kate B.
