Janet Jividen Long

KERNERSVILLE- Janet Jividen Long, 73, passed away Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at her home. Janet was born April 25, 1938, in Kanawha County, WV to the late Erma Parsons Jividen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Douglas Long; and three sisters. Surviving are a daughter, Lori Woolard (husband, Doug) of Winston-Salem; two sons, Doug Long (wife, Laurel) of Greensboro and David Long (wife, Gretchen) of Florida; one sister, Betty Sayre; two brothers, Arlin and Arthur Jividen; six grandchildren, Dustin, Kelly, Cynthia and Andrea Long, Parker and Bethany Woolard. A service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, March 4, 2012 in the Mausoleum Chapel at Tyler Mountain Memorial Gardens in Cross Lanes, WV. The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 PM, Friday, March 2, at Hayworth-Miller Kernersville Chapel.
