Jane White Spitz Skivington

KERNERSVILLE – Jane White Spitz Skivington, 96, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2024, at the North Carolina State Veterans Home in Kernersville. She was born on November 21, 1927, to Earl White and Kathryn Estes White in Asbury Park, NJ. Jane was a lifelong, talented artist who created many beautiful paintings. She was a lover of all animals. Jane will be missed by many. 

In addition to her parents, Jane was preceded in death by her husband, William Skivington; her son, Peter Spitz; and a brother, Kenneth White.

She is survived by her two daughters, Kathryn Pizzulo of Kernersville, and Barbara Spitz of Lexington, KY; grandchildren, Katie Boyer (Dan) of Kernersville, and Christopher Pizzulo of Greensboro; and her great-grandchildren, Ryleigh, Blake, Nicholas, and Laine.
