Jane Mock

Mrs. Jane Cox Mock, 84, of Winston-Salem, passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at Forsyth Medical Center. She was born in Forsyth County on March 25, 1935, to the late Henry Richard Cox and Margaret Irene Bodsford Cox. Jane was retired from RJ Reynolds Tobacco Company. She was a very Christian lady who loved to watch all the preachers on TV. Jane loved spending time fishing, especially at the coast. Every year, she would help coordinate the retirement reunion for her coworkers. Jane was a very headstrong lady and could be very stubborn. She loved her family and will be greatly missed.

In addition to her parents, Jane is preceded in death by five siblings: Dean Cox, Louise Young, Melba Young, Richard Cox, and Henry “Jr” Cox, Jr. Surviving are two daughters, Kelly Michelle Williams (David) and Deborah Mock Blackwell (Terry); five grandchildren: Shane, Brent, Corey, Keri, and Sara; five great-grandchildren; and two siblings, Martha Church (Robert) and Floyd Cox (Nancy).
