Jan Terri Bullard

Jan Terri Bullard, 71, passed away peacefully on Sunday, March 23, 2025. She was born in Forsyth County on January 10, 1954, to the late Mayford Justice Gentry and Kathryn Groce.

Jan was a talented seamstress who took great pride in her work, creating beautiful and intricate pieces for family, friends, and the community. She had a deep love for her family and was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness and warmth touched everyone she met. She found great joy in visits to the beach, where she could relax and take in the beauty of the ocean. Jan also adored her beloved dog, Lil Bit, who was her constant companion and brought her endless happiness. Her warm hugs, laughter, gentle wisdom, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

In addition to her parents, Jan is preceded in death by her brother, Brian Lenier “Lanny” Gentry.

She is survived by her husband, Harry Bullard; her son, Mark Bullard; her daughter, Christy New (husband, Chad); and her beloved granddaughter, Kameron Bullard. She also leaves behind many cherished family members and friends who will miss her dearly.

There will be no services at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Rose Tara Senior Living in Jan’s memory, at 125 Plantation dr, King, NC, 27021. The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to those who have offered love and support during this time.
