James Wyatt

Mr. James Donald Wyatt, 64, passed away at his home, surrounded by his loving family on Wednesday, March 29, 2023. He was born in Forsyth Co. on January 21, 1959, the son of Joshua P. Wyatt and Jane Bodenhamer Wyatt. Mr. Wyatt was a member of Antioch United Methodist Church in Rural Hall and worked for many years at E.G. Forrest Co. and Combs Produce. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death earlier this year by his wife, Cynthia Robin Wyatt, and a granddaughter, Breanna Floyd. Mr. Wyatt is survived by his three children, Amanda Tolley (Kevin), Sarah Hylton (Derik) and Josh Wyatt; five grandchildren, Colten Wyatt, Lilly Hylton, Gavin Tolley, Levi Hylton and J.T. Wyatt; and one brother, John Wyatt (Debbie). Funeral Services will be conducted at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, April 1, 2023 at Hayworth-Miller Chapel in Rural Hall with Rev. John Hylton officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 prior to the service at the funeral Home. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Mr. Wyatt’s special friends and caregivers, Tom Carr and Pam Robertson for all of the love and care they provided in Mr. Wyatt’s time of need.
