James Frye

Mr. James Westly Frye, 74 of Winston-Salem, passed away Monday, November 15, 2021 at Forsyth Medical Center.  He was born February 20, 1947 in Forsyth County to the late William Edward Frye and Ophelia Clinard Frye.  Mr. Frye had retired from Tyco Electronics with 34 years of service.  He is preceded  in death by two brothers, Bill and Ray Frye and one sister, Norma Lee Vogler.  He is survived by one daughter, Jamie Frye of Clemmons and one son, Steve Frye (Gail) of Advance; the mother of his children, Barbara Frye also of Advance and special friends Bill and Debbie Baker.  A private family service will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital,  501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
