James Lee Lockard

WALKERTOWN - James Lee Lockard, 78, went to be with his wife Betty and grandchildren, Ricky and Katie bugg, Sunday, August 4, 2013 at his home. James was born January 28, 1935 in WVA to the late Oma Lockard and Richard Rue. Surviving are his children, Sherry Lockard, Scott Lockard, Mike Lockard, Cindy DeCoste David Lockard and wife, Tonya, Derrick Lockard, , and Lori Lockard; four brothers; two sisters; eighteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
