James Lindsey Gay

Mr. James Lindsey Gay, 81, of Clemmons, NC passed away peacefully Thursday, January 2, 2025 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. He was born July 4, 1943 to James Tucker Gay and Adelia Clifton Gay. Mr. Gay owned and operated Industrial Cleaning Equipment in Winston-Salem. Surviving are his wife of 62 years, Alice Koko Gay; two children, Kathy Gay Rollins (Chuck) and Brian Gay (Catherine); two grandchildren, Audrey Gay and Braden Gay; one sister, Gwen McClosky and one brother, Jimmie Gay. A private family graveside service will be held at Parklawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Trellis Hospice Supportive Care, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103.
