James Dennis Frye

Winston Salem-James ""Jimmy"" Dennis Frye, 61, left his earthly home to live with Jesus on Monday, May 11, 2015. He was born July 18, 1953 to the late James and Lillian Hunter Frye. Jimmy had been sick several years and the Lord decided it was time for him to give up the fight and come home to rest. Jimmy was always full of life and enjoyed his life to the fullest.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Ruth Smith and Phyllis Matheny; and step-daughter, Beth Key.

Surviving are his wife, Georgia ""Gigi"" Frye of the home; daughter, Christy Frye; grandchildren, Tyler Key and Carson Pressley; sisters, Sally Lambert, Mary Smith, Debbie (Gary) Chisholm, Bonnie (Larry) Matlock, and Linda Angle; brothers, Gene Frye, and Roy (Lou) Frye; brother in-law, Gene Embler; and many nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 14, 2015 at Eastlawn Gardens of Memory. The family will receive friends from 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. Thursday prior to the service at Hayworth Miller Kernersville Chapel.

He will be greatly missed by his family and friends that loved and appreciated him so much.
